Earth Hour 2009

Earth Hour is an international event organised by the WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature/World Wildlife Fund) and held on the last Saturday of March each year, which asks households and businesses to turn off their non-essential lights and electrical appliances for one hour to raise awareness towards the need to take action on climate change.

This year, you're supposed to turn off your lights from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m I think that this is an amazing idea. Sure, you may be bored with all the lights turned off, but think about it; it's just one hour, once a year, and apperently it means a lot for the climate, the nature and the World.

He's just NOT that into you

I just came home from seeing He's Just Not That Into You, with Melissa, and the movie is really good!
The story in itself is kind of cliché, but the message in the movie is great.
So many true things...
Like for example girls making up excuses for why guy's didn't call them... Or taking every thing a guy does as a hint; "Maybe he likes me?"
You know what? Maybe he does, but maybe he's just being nice to you and wants you as your friend.
I think all of us girls can learn something from this movie. And wait. Wait for the "real one" to come. We don't have to try and find these "hidden hints" the guys give us... If he likes you,and if he's the one, you'll know it.
All in all, really nice movie. It cheers you up, really!

I came home for about 45 min ago, and I bought Maria birthday present with Melissa :D Hope she likes it... I can't really write what I bought; it's supposed to be a surprise x)
I bought something for myself aswell:

I saw this bracelet few days ago, and fell in love. I had to buy it!
Me and Melissa drank some energy drinks (wich taste amazing btw) and ate nuts :) Melissa also bought cocoa, so we could sit in the café.

I walked by this tree 1000 times, and never saw how beautiful it is. I love how the branches are all curled and stuff...

I woke up at 11:00 am today :O I usually don't sleep this much, but it was nice to wake up and really feel like I had enough sleep.
The reason I'm not in school now is because I only have one class today, which starts at 13:40 pm. Wish every day is like this :)

Now to the negative stuff...
IT'S SNOWING AGAIN!
I can't believe this... One day, the sun is shining and the snow is melting.. The next day, it's snowing... And it's snowing A LOT. Ugh, I'm so sick and tired of this winter...


I'm drinking coffee now :) I love coffee, especially strong coffee. I also ate breakfast today, which I don't do usually, 'cause I think it's grosse.

I was supposed to wake up early today, to do some biology and maybe start on my english project... I'm going to do that later today.
I also want to go to work out today :)

I can't be anything else than amazed how some people are SO different, and some SO similar.
It's fun to meet and talk to people that have the same opinions as yourself.

Sometimes, I feel like Elliott wrote his songs for me, and about my life. I can (or atleast I think I can) understand how he felt and how he thought about the rest of the world. He is pure amazing.
I don't know if it's a good thing, or a bad thing, that I can compare him with me.

Enough about Elliott, I could write about him forever x)

Hmm... Now, about my AMAZINGLY INTERESTING day.
Well, it's monday, obviously, and like any other monday, it sucks. It sucks, big time (notice the "it sucks" part, written twice for a reason).
I had chemistry test today, which was... well, I don't really know. I always feel like I do my tests really bad, and in the end, they don't turn out that bad, after all.

I was supposed to go and work out a bit today, but I didn't.

I also watched a movie, called "Burn After Reading". It had good actors in it, like George Clooney for example, so I though it was going to be a great movie. Guess what, I was SO wrong. It was weird (not in a negative way, obviously) and booring like hell. It's all about the money today, not about making a good movie, I suppose...

I want to make myself some coffee now, watch Desperate Housewives, and read a book, before I go to bed.

I woke up with a smile on my face, because of the dream I had. Now, I don't remember what it was about.. It sucks a bit x)

I was doing some chemistry tasks today, not for fun, but because I have chemistry test tomorrow. And if if that's not bad enough for you, I'm going to have chemistry the whole fucking day. Amazing.

Few hours ago, I called Sanja. We didn't talk that long (about 30 minuttes) because of my parents... "It's too expencive..!" >< It's not like I call her every day... But, it was nice to talk to her, like always :) Makes me smile.

I'm kind of addicted to Pet Society on Facebook... x) Can't say I like the fact that the first thing I do on Facebook is go and race on Pet Society, but it's just one of the MANY things I do to make the day pass faster :) I hate sundays.

I also baked today :) It's fun!
